Shopping Spree gives $1,969 to food pantries
At the 2017 Food Check-Out Challenge, 22nd District Senator Cristina Castro gathered $1,024 in groceries for the FISH pantry and Waubonsee Community College President Dr. Christine Sobek piled up groceries worth $954 for the Marie Wilkinson Food Pantry. Including 2017’s total, over $31,000 has been donated to 17 local food pantries through the event.

Mix, mingle, drink, and paint with other KCFB members on Friday, March 31 at our ‘paint & sip’ party in preparation for Touch-A tractor in April. On-The-Road Seminar in Marengo and Yorkville
Load up on the latest in trucking regulations at an On-The-Road seminar in Marengo on Wednesday, March 15 at 6:30pm or in Yorkville on Tuesday, March 21 at 1:30pm. This two-hour seminar focuses on trucking laws, both new and well-worn, for farmers. Contact the KCFB Office at (630) 584-8660 to reserve a seat for either date.
